A Grounding Sheet is a conductive fabric designed to mimic the effects of outdoor grounding (being in contact with the Earth's surface), by re-connecting us with the electrons and natural frequencies of the Earth. The grounding sheet is placed underneath the bedsheet and can be powered by lodestones or the ground port of a standard home outlet. (Ground cable included)
